Carrefour franchise partner Marinopoulos S.A has signed on March 11th a franchise agreement with Karipidis Bros, the new owner of Arvanitides S.A.
According to this agreement, the 149 Arvanitides stores in Greece will operate as a franchise network and be immediately renamed as Carrefour Marinopoulos and Carrefour Express. They will offer new range of products including Carrefour-branded products.
This operation allows Marinopoulos S.A. to strengthen its positions in central and northern Greece.
